We are writing to you to inform you that `Tour Name` on `Tour Date` has been cancelled due to the bad weather and the high likelihood of raining. Everyday, we check the weather at 18:00. If, at that point, the likelihood of raining is higher than 40%, our policy states to cancel the tour. We are really sorry to tell you this but the safety of our customers always comes first. We would appreciate your understanding.
We will refund you the full price of the tour. If you are available on any other dates, please feel free to book the tour.
