Hi,
We are very sorry to inform that the venue(s) we use for the tour is(are) all unavailable for the `Tour Name`, and for that reason, the tour is not going to be held on `Date`. Usually, we have multiple venues available to conduct the tours. However, in some cases, we are unable to book/use the venues due to bookings from other people or sudden closures. We tried our best to find alternative options, but unforutunately, could not find any suitable venues. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience.
We will refund you the full price of the tour. If you are available on any other dates, please feel free to book the tour.
(Please note that it can take 5-10 days until you see a credit card refund on your bank account)
