We are writing to you to inform you that `Tour Name` on `Tour Date` has been cancelled due to over-booking. Sometimes, we accept customers after reaching the maximum capacity, as we strive to provide our experience to as many people as possible. However, in cases, the venues cannot accept the more-than-usual number of people if crowded. In such cases, we have no other option but to reject customers that exceeded our capacity. We are really sorry to tell you this, but we would appreciate your understanding.
We will refund you the full price of the tour. If you are available on any other dates, please feel free to book the tour.
