You can see the list of Pending Booking , which has not been confirmed yet.
Pending Status is
Unavailable: Customers from MagiaclTrip website submit the unavailable request for the reservation. This happens when there are not enough capacity for these customers
Penging: Customers from OTA website (Viator) cannot automatically be fit into the reserved tour date / time due to the lack of enough capacity
